I often see card removed, card inserted for each card inserted in the bn on
power up.

Hi All,

Sometimes the BrailleNote does not power up properly if cards are in the 
PCMCIA or compact flash slots. This may be why you got the dreaded do you 
want to format question. Try removing all cards before turning the unit on. 
Once it is on and at the main menu, you can insert the cards.
