Hi, Dean. You are right about that. I meant key sync. I didn't have net
framework on my machine with the previous version and it worked fine. When
I installed it from the cd, I was never directed to install net frame work.
Only with this upgrade did it insist that I do so.
One other mistake I made you might want to caution users against. I usually
close everything in my system tray whenever I install a new program. This
includes active sync. When I tried installing, I was told that the install
failed and that a rollback would be performed. The net framework was
installed, however.
The next time I tried installing keysync, I did not close down avtive sync
but left it running closing down everything else. This did the trick.

The previous version of KeySync, that is, the version of KeySync for KeySoft
5.0 also required these Microsoft components.
.net Framework requires you to log on to your PC because it authorises what
code can be executed based on the user logged on at the time.
