Hi, Gary,

I have noticed a similar problem or bug. I cannot import WordPerfect or
DOS text document directly into KeyWord braille. I cann export a KeyWord
text document directly into plain braille.

Here's the work-around: When you are importing a Word document, first
import it as a KeyWord text document. Then translate the KeyWord text
document into braille.

If you wish to export a KeyWord text document to plain braille, first
translate it into a KeyWord braille document then export the KeyWord
braille document into plain braille.

Actually, I just found a solution of sorts. Just open the document in
Duxbury, save it as a BRF file, and contractions work. It would be nice
however, to have a way to do this in the BN.
