Hi Anne,

Because this information would have to be transferred to Outlook when using
KeySync, an appointment is necessary.

If you look at the appointment details, by default the all day appointment
that is created when you first go to type in the Planner is created as being
free which is what you want because the notes relate to that day and you
have nothing scheduled as such.  The only difference is that you have two
words before the notes.

As a blind user, (and this is my own personal opinion),  I think Pulse Data
has done a really good job in this regard because they've given us a Planner
which reflects the exact fields in an appointment as a sighted person would
see them on their PC using Outlook.
