this is the kind of question that scares me because I know it could happen to any of us. you tried all the ways of resetting there are? you've tried draining the battery totally out? you've tried opening in keysoft? or checking keysoft? or, did you somehow accidentally protect it? Just a couple questions from a real amateur. kat

This is a brand new QT braille note less than three (3 weeks old.
