John, the clipboard file has always been, and still is, in the root directory 
(called None folder) of the Flash Disk, and that's what I wrote.  You can still 
delete its contents, and yes, even delete the file itself but that's not 
necessary in version 5, like I posted.  Why go through the pains of entering 
the File Manager and selecting that file in its folder and disk, when you can 
just use the work-around I described without leaving Keyword, Keybook, Keymail, 
or Keyweb, wherever you happen to be? That's why it's a work-around.  It should 
make things easier for the user.
