Hi Nancy,
I'm having some trouble reading your post, but I'll try and help.  How are you 
setting up your email details? You shouldn't do this from KeyList.  Go into 
KeyMail, and then KeyMail Setup, and then Address List.  You'll be asked for, 
first your name, and then your email address.  I believe both should be typed 
in Computer Braille, but I don't remember, as it's been a while since I set up 
KeyMail for myself, but you'll be advised if Computer Braille is required.  The 
first field is your name, where you'd type in your name, then hit ENTER, and 
you'll be prompted for your email address, which I'm sure you type every 
Computer Braille.  Then, once you hit ENTER again, you should be returned to 
KeyMail Setup, and from there, you can go back into KeyMail, Connect to a 
Service, and see if it works.  The important thing is to remember that you 
don't set up your email details as an Address List entry of yourself in 
KeyList, but you do it in KeyMail Setup.  HTH.
