Paul, have you double checked all the numbers and setting for the verizon service; it's got to be something with your unit since many are using the same service. I believe I understand your frustration, but its got to work somehow and I wonder if it might be your serial port either blocked or not set properly--do you use the serial port for another function? Does it work for that if you do?
