I guess that would be a good reason to always save your files. I assume that once you have saved them, the resulting, edited file is now placed back on the flash disk and the one on the system disk is deleted. That brings up a interesting idea though. What would happen if the file was so large that it couldn't be opened on the system disk? I suppose it wouldn't be likely that you'd have a 7 mb file, but if the system disk had other things on it due to installing a program, yu might have very little room on it.

You are right that the user doesn't lose a document if it's on the flash disk. But, when a file is being edited it isn't on the flash disk, it's somewhere on the keysoft system disk. Otherwise you couldn't abandon a wordprocessor session.
