May I clarify to my own post here that the reference below is to documents which contain information about such things as the Font Styles available on the BN and that printer. Refer to Matt Brown's post for choosing the Printer Type at the Printer Set-Up List. Matt's instructions also apply to a BT. Note that, once you hit Y to Change the Printer Type, you must hit ENTER before you're presented with the "Printer Type" prompt, at which point, you can hit SPACE until you get to the type you want, and hit ENTER to accept it. If you want to save your changes, once you've finished setting up the printer, you must exit with SPACE with E (Escape) and hit Y to Confirm Changes. HTH. Maria
