I get them at my hearing aid seller

but you can probably get them wherever you buy aids. They should
work with aids in the ear, but probably not as loudly as with BTE
models. The BN, however, has enough volume to drive them, even with ITE
aids. I'd definitely get a returnable pair, though, since some people
say they may not work with in the ear aids, though I've used them with
several brands and they work fine, so long as the aid has a t switch or
a t-coil.
