Sharon, I have two things to discuss with you.
First, from the Main Menu, press E for Keymail, S for the Keymail Setup Menu, and A for the Address List option. Select the Address List file or just hit ENTER if it's already being offered, type the name you wish to be displayed in your headers, and the new Road Runner e-mail address. Press ENTER after making each field entry. You must change this every time you want a different address showing in the headers of your messages. Now, regarding your problem with forgetting to change the subject. I understand that this is because you only reply to a post you receive from this list, type in your message without quoting the original, and only when you remember do you change the subject. Here's how to remedy that. >From the Main Menu, press A for the Keylist Menu. Type A to add a record. In >the Last Name field, type something like "BrailleNote Discussion List" >(without the quotes) in grade 2 Braille. Press ENTER until you get to the >e-mail address field (home or business, it doesn't matter). Type [EMAIL PROTECTED] in computer Braille, where the at sign is entered by pressing SPACE with U first, then dot 4, and the periods are entered by pressing dots 4-6. When you're done, press SPACE with dots 2-6 to save the record. The next time you want to post on this list, enter Keymail, press W to write a message, and in the To field, type the first three letters of the name you gave to the record containing the e-mail address of this list. For example, you can just type the letters b r a (without spaces). If you have no other records in the Address List that begin with b or br, then you can just type b or br in the To field. When you press ENTER, the BrailleNote list address will automatically be entered. This is a very useful tool, Sharon, and I suggest that you use it. Store the e-mail addresses of friends and business contacts, as well as mailing lists you're subscribed to, in the Address List by going into the Keylist Menu and following the steps I have described. It will spare you a lot of pain, like the re-posting of your message with the correct subject line. In this way, you can just type the last name (or whatever you entered in the Last Name field of the record while creating it) in the To field of an e-mail you're composing and the associated address will be entered immediately. You will also get to the Subject field first before writing the message body so you won't forget. If you have further questions about this or anything else, feel free to post.
