Terry, To clarify, a maintenance agreement entitles one to upgrades as
Jonathan said, but to keep your BrailleNote under warranty, it will cost an
additional $500 annually. This warranty means that any problems you have,
other than accidents, will be repaired at no additional cost. This would
include such items as replacing a faulty braille cell for instance. It does
not cover battery replacement, however. I hope this just didn't confuse you
