Lisa, You have probably translated your file, which was already in keyword brf format, to Braille files again by appending the brf extention, resulting in gibberish.
Further to your thread about asking the questions over again, you aught not to do so, especially relating to questions recently answered. That way you will annoy members and clutter the list. At the end of every message to this list, [including this one, at the bottom of your message just after your name] you will find the web address for the archives. Your present scenario is one of the reasons they are there for. Roselle's method works and when you print your file for the first time, you should not change the default extention. Afterwards, when you write it out to a different file, which you should do, because you will lose the contents of that file on the keysoft system disk when performing a reset, then you can rename the file and translate it if necessary, but not if it's already in Braille, off course.
