Hi Daniel and everyone, I personally don't know the answers to your questions. However, you might try calling or emailing your local Pulse Data office, and I'm sure one of the representatives will be able to help you out. If you're in the U.S., the Pulse Data HumanWare technical support number is (925) 681-4636. The email address is either (you can use either one, it'll go to the same place)[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you contact another region, you can visit the Pulse Data website atwww.pulsedata.com, and click the "Contact" link to get the information for the office closest to you. Also, you can contact Sendero Group. They worked closely with Pulse Data to help develop the GPS system, so I'm sure they could offer you some help as well. I can't remember their contact info right now, but you can go to their website atwww.senderogroup.com and click on a link that says "Contact Us" to get their information. I'm not a GPS user yet myself, so I can't give you the actual answers to your questions, but I hope this helps. All the Best, Maria
