Hi Karen, The outside thumbkeys should keep wrapping around to the next line. I only use the middle keys when I want to actually skip a whole line for one reason or other. You might want to use structured mode. The only oddity is that when you reach the end of the line, you won't see anymore on the display even if it isn't full. You then just have to press the right most thumbkey again, and the next line will begin. Hope this helps.

The lines have started to read better, but to me there doesn't seem to be a pattern. Just when I think I've got it figured out, the display won't move when I push on what I think is the appropriate thumb key. For example, I can be reading along, and I come to a couple of characters that look like a star. Does this indicate the end of a line or what? I thought that for a while it did and that I could use the "down" key to move the display down a line, but it didn't seem to work like I thought it would. I haven't tried reading anything except email messages and maybe they are a bit tricky, I don't know. I hope this makes sense.
