Okay, I think we're all using different terms here. When people say
"opening the planner", they're not meaning entering a planner file, which
is what I would mean by "opening the planner.
So from the main menu when I hit p for planner, I hear "Keyplan menu". I
hit o for open, and hear "Keyplan calendar. Date? Press enter for Friday,
November 28, 2003". From this place, which is the Keyplan calendar, rather
than from within the current planner file, you can schedule into the next
year. But if I do press enter for today's date, then I'm in the current
year's planner file and can't schedule into the following year. So I still
say PDI should make the appoint menu work from within the Keyplan calendar
page so that we can reschedule this year's appointments into the new year.
