Hi Charity, Glad it worked out for ya. Yes, one-handed mode can cause quite a lot of irritation. I'm glad the BrailleNote tells you how to return to two-handed mode every time you turn it on with one-handed mode on. When I had the Braille 'n Speak, I once accidentally turned it on, and as I had no instructions as to how it was turned off, it caused me a whole lot of frustration. I couldn't do a single thing on it for about three days, until my TBVI and I finally figured out what to do. Anyway, glad everything's back to normal with your BN, and thanks PDI for putting that feature into the start-up of one-handed mode. Maria
