Thanks, John.  Good suggestion.  I was wondering about how to do that
permanently.  I was successful in doing the reset with dots 1, 2, and 3
after I sent that message a while ago, but I lost my husband's planner in
the process so I had to go back to version 5.1.  He needs to do a backup
anyway, so your suggestion is welcome.
