Hi Terry, You don't move the cursor with the thumb keys, but with the Move by Sentence and Paragraph commands (SPACE with dots 1 or 4 and SPACE with dots 2-3 or 5-6 respectively). You want it to start reading at this point, because this means your cursor is there. Even if you're not reading with speech, you want your Braille display to scroll down to the beginning of the next or previous sentence or paragraph, depending on what command you've executed. As you're reading along with thumb keys, you have to make sure you're executing the Move by Sentence and Paragraph Commands to make your cursor match your reading position. The closest it can match is to be at the beginning of the current sentence you're reading. OK, here's an example: You advance the Braille Display 30 times from the beginning of a section, where your cursor is placed because you've entered a particular section of the User Guide. Let's say by advancing 30 times, you've moved through a brief paragraph of four sentences, and two more sentences. Don't advance for a 31st time yet, but move forward one paragraph by pressing SPACE with dots 5-6, and then press SPACE with dot 4 two times. Your cursor is now at the beginning of the current sentence you're reading. Follow this procedure every so often: stop advancing your Braille display, and move your cursor. If you've moved your cursor to the beginning of your current sentence, this is where you should be when you re-enter that reference by selecting to "continue reading" it (by answering Yes to the prompt that will show up the next time you re-enter the User Guide.
