Paul: I won't begin to tell you what the normal support figures should be, I don't know. What I might suggest though is measuring everything with the charger plugged in. It would seem to me that at this point, your nominal available charge, & last measured charge, should be the same. With the charger plugged in, the cell voltage should be the highest. As the battery discharges, another words unplug the charger, note these same readings as the battery goes dead. If nothing else, you will get a prospective as to what the readings mean as they apply to your BN.
Remember, it is not uncommon for metering to vary between meters in this industry. Precision meters vary greatly, but the important factor in test measurement is that the same measuring device be used throuout any given test. I am not sure just how much help this will be to you, but it may explain to some extent why there may seem to be no definite answers given you by PDI.
