Hi, Matthew. That makes me feel better. If I get two releases no matter
when they come out, that makes me happy. I just got worried. I do hope you
guys come out with updates more frequently then this won't even be an
issue. But, if I understand you, I have the next two major releases locked
down no matter when they are released.

Hi Paul,
I'll leave your product development comments to Jonathan to respond to. As
for your SMA concerns, I'll be happy to try and help with these.
I'm sorry that the terms of the program were not made more clear to you at
time of purchase. Our software maintenance agreement is not time-based,
but rather is release based. What I mean by this is that rather than it
being an annual agreement, your SMA authorizes you to obtain the next 2
significant KeySoft upgrade releases. Due to different development areas
being given focus for a given release, the frequency of these could
slightly vary in terms of major upgrades within a year. This is also
keeping in mind that minor updates may also be released throughout the year
which do not decrement your SMA count at all.
I hope this helps a bit.

Matthew Janusauskas
