Hi, Jim, Thanks so much for your offer, but Rhonda Clark and I have been working on this issue for an hour; and we think the problem might be BOOKSHARE'S because I can't log on using my PC and Jfw, the VOICENOTE, nor the PK. I have just sent their support desk an SOS.
