Bob, here's another idea for finding your serial number. You've got options, because you can find it like Don suggested, or, you can press spacebar with I, and use the space bar to scroll down. You'll find Copyright, keySoft, and serial number. We learned of this, thanks to PDI and Rhonda Clark.
