We've talked a lot about the ghost in e-mail. Just a little warning: If you have created a folder called something like "e-mail stuff", or any other folder that you have created make sure it is empty. Also, make sure you don't have e-mail sitting in your INBOX. It will get deleted. Other than that, this works great!
