I'd like to respond to what Diane Kelker said. In the past year that I've been
on this list, I've never heard a complaining word come from Diane. She has
always been a respectful person, and not complained about what has gone wrong
with her equipment. Yet, she has every reason in the world to be concerned
with what's happening. She is right, it's not just a few people, and even if
it were, everyone has the right to satisfaction. Diane, thanks for your
inspiration.
