Hi, Don:
It's not saying anything about a database, and she didn't find a klt.  When she 
goes into the Connectivity, it's fine, but not in the directory of services.  
It will say "add account," but when she presses Enter, it beeps and says there 
is no database.  It doesn't say anything about creating one.  Hmmm.  Makes you 
wonder.  Thanks much!
