     Believe it or not, you can enter login.url and it should put you up to the 
sight.  You can see your SMA, and when the Product Key is up, you would just 
enter your serial number and the password "frog1" to download the Key.
     As far as downloading the information for the upgrade, which you will need 
to do, you can go to pulsedata.com/6_1.  HTH
