You know what? I think it will, because we're talking about a whole new 
operating system, being burned into the ROM.  Therefore, it would probably 
work, no matffer what you're running now.  Because of a glitch, I'm currently 
stuck in 3.7, but I would think that, if I had the new upgrade, I could install
