Hi, Rhonda and listers: Well, okay, if it isn't something that has to do with 
dial-up, then it has to be something in the Keymail program itself.  For some 
reason, during download, some messages take a while.  Does't have anything to 
do with whether there's an attachment, either.  It just must be something 
within the program.  God bless.  Bob and Maxy-wax
