Donna, Before you give up entirely try the resets listed in the trouble shooting section of the manual. It may put back what's missing, because what you should get is a menu that will ask for the name of your ISP, its number, your server, etc. I hope the resets work, though, so you can get what you want this evening. I know how I hate to go to bed with an unresolved Voice Note problem.
