Well, Lisa, it's sad but true: when you send your BN for repair, always backup 
all your important files.  That way, you have 'em.  When I got my BN repaired, 
they gave me a new Flash disk and I lost everything, except that I'd backed the 
stuff up, so I still had it.  Just always try to back your files up.  God
