Hi, Ok, I haven't done this in a year and it's only the second time. So, can someone tell me how to send my unit back for repair and cleaning? What is the phone number for me to call? I put the braillenote in its box, and do I put in a slip of paper on the inside, outside, or both, stating the problem? Tape it up and send it?
