Hello list: I've read some messages about downloading email from the pc and then transferring them to the braillenote. Here is what I do if I want to transfer email to the bn. After downloading messages I select all of them and then go to file menu and select print. I then tab to print to file. It saves it as a prn file. The only way I know of to translate that file is to bring it up in Kurzweil. Kurzweil converts the file and then I save it as a braille file. I hope this makes sense. child Sharon
