Hi list:
First of all, I had installed 6.11 into my machine. It corrupted, so it went
to the shop. When I got it back, it was still corrupted, so I sent it back in
and had them put 5.0 on it. When I got it back, it still had parts of the
6.11, because it still had the directory of accounts, and part of the
connectivity. Now, it wants a product key, which of course, I don't have. You
can't use the 6.1 product key. Any other suggestions? Hate to say it, but I'm
so frustrated, but will not complain.
