Hi, Lisa: If you've tried all three resets, and re-install the upgrade, and are 
still having the problem, then I'm afraid you may have to send your BN in for 
repair.  I say that, because that's exactly what mine did, before the Flash 
disk went on it.  It may be that others on the list might have a trick or two 
to tell you, but I have a feeling that you may have to send it in, painful as
