Jeff, When it happens, you can do a simple reset, which may, or may not, help the next time you use Keymail.
It is a known issue with Keymail. Sorry, no solution that I am aware of for a fix. I know the feeling. Just grit your teeth, and slog through the emails, when it occurs. Crystal
