Hi listers, I'm in the US and I've sent my Braille note for repare. Does anyone know if there's anyway to check status information, either through the site or anywhere else, using the RMA number? I could call tech support but I've never gotten anyone to respond to any of my voice mail. Plus the last time that I did actually speak to a live person I had to wait on hold for 52 minutes.
