Hi, Brenda and list: Yes, I can access the file manager. What I can't do is access the address list, or put my name in the directory part. If, from the Main Menu, I press A, A, "operation is completed successfully." When I first got the unit back, that's what it said when I turned it on. It took three hours to be able to set up the phone directory, because I kept getting that message. When I get on the internet, and go to Book Share, and press Enter, I get the same message, but then it will tell me to please wait. It will eventually go into the website, but I can't download.
