Hi, Sherry and List:
To add an e-mail address, at the "from" prompt, press Backspace with K. You
will see "copied to clipboard." Then, go to your address list. You'll probably
recall their name, so enter it. When you get to the e-mail address, press
Backspace with V. Probably the first and last name will be there, so press
Backspace with dots 2,5 to remove the extraneous words. At the "less-than
sign, move your cursor to the first letter and backspace over it. Then, press
dots 4,6 chord to the end of the line, press Backspace to remove the
"greater-than" sign.
