    Hi, Terry and list:
     I don't know that it's common practive to mention that you are sending in 
equipment.  It's always better to touch base, just to let them know you are 
sending equipment.  I like them to know it's coming, and about how long it will 
take to fix it.  Hope everything works out all right for you.
