Jerry: You can already do that, by hitting Space with E. The two options are: "hang-up after current operation" or "hang-up immediately". You hit I for immediately, which hangs up after the next email's downloaded, but doesn't delete anything, or, the better choice, C., which hangs up after the next download, but deletes everything from the Server.
