Hi Everyone, Okay I am pasting the Url directly from the upgrade instructions and not getting the page to download. I'm trying to download the product key for Keysoft 6.11. Even getting to the product key page I'm getting nowhere. I keep getting a message saying navigation canceled. My Internet and email problems seem to be solved it was an ISP issue thankfully.
I have the Url as www.pulsedata.com/6_1 If this has changed or has been disabled I'm curious as to why. Perhaps PDI thinks all of its customers have downloaded the product key already? I'm just curious. Thanks for your help and your time. Lisa
