Hey Rhonda: Did that and it worked. I'm wondering what causes this? Also, interestingly enough, instead of telling me the bn was running version 4.01 when I pressed v from the index, I was informed I was running keysoft 5.1 build 25, which, to my knowledge, doesn't even exist. The same thing happened when I tried doing a simple reset. Interesting.
