Hello Steve and all! Steve, will you explain how your template works and how it is beneficial? It sure seems like there should be easier ways to back up things like email messages since we all know that computers--even BrailleNotes--crash or lose data rather frequently. If we are able to export Keyword documents into Word documents, why not email messages? Just thoughts.
