Okay:
He told me the site now reflects my correct SMA, but I have two SMA's 
instead of one after 6.1. I was told I needed to purchase another SMA to get 
5.1, but in reality, I got it free of charge. I wish some one would have 
pointed out that I didn't need to buy the SMA in July to get Keysoft 6.1. 
They said I did need to buy it. That kind of ticks me off cause I could have 
saved about $200. Oh well.
