Hi list: Anita, you're trying to use Roadrunner with the computer, and Earthlink. Yet, your addresses look just the same from what you have given me. I've never seen a pop server with the IX in it. Seville is right. You may want to press reset holding down the JKL until you hear the second chime. You'll have to reset the clock and date, then you'll probably have to do a regular reset. It should work. If not, I'm actually out of tricks--Grin!
