[Braillenote] drivers

with the braillenote  and the braillenote p k, there is an option to use it as 
a external speech synthesizer. does pulse data make drivers for this that will 
work with windows xp 
I don't believe  jaws or window eyes supports  the keynote synthesizer  since 
windows m e
