At one time there used to be a desktop version of keysoft for windows 3.1 95 
98. I don't know about ME. I think in order to run this keysoft you needed 
to have some form of MS-DOS on your computer to run it. Technically it ran 
under windows 3.1 95 or 98 or 98SE, but I think MS-DOS was critical in order 
to run it.
