Many thanks for the advice. Is this the voltage given when pressing e from within Support Information? I notice there's another voltage given if you press v in Support Information and I was wondering what the difference between these is. Having charged my PK, the value returned by e is 4.05 volts, while v seems to return -1 volts - what's the negative voltage mean? Cheers. Paul.
